The parade took place at St. Paul's Plaza on E. Palomar Street in Chula Vista, where participants drove around the building to celebrate fathers and grandfathers living in the community. Artist Danny Lopez also performed outside for residents, who listened from their windows or balconies while socially distancing amid the coronavirus pandemic.
