SAN DIEGO, CA — With the statewide stay-at-home order still in place, many San Diegans have felt isolated, including senior citizens. St. Paul's Senior Services launched its "Sunshine For Seniors" program to help lift the spirits of socially distanced seniors due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The program encourages people to share some "sunshine" with senior residents of St. Paul's Senior Services, a nonprofit and senior care provider in San Diego. The public is asked to send cards, letters, drawings and puzzles to help spread cheer among the population that is most at-risk of being infected by the virus.
