Tips Sought In San Diego Bank Robbery

SAN DIEGO, CA —Authorities sought the public's help Thursday in identifying a man who robbed a San Diego bank.

The robbery happened shortly before 9:30 a.m. Feb. 1 at the Pacific Western Bank at 4365 Executive Drive in La Jolla, according to the FBI. A man handed a demand note to a teller. After the clerk gave him an undisclosed amount of cash, the robber left the bank.

The suspect was described as a white man in his late 50s or early 60s. He was roughly 6 feet tall with an average build. He was wearing a green windbreaker, dark pants, dark shoes, a dark hat and reading glasses.
