Driver Arrested For Vehicular Manslaughter In Fatal SF Pedestrian Crash: Police (patch.com) β San Francisco police arrested 50-year-old resident Isaac Bowler on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter after a July 14 crash on Sixth Street that killed a pedestrian.
