• San Jacinto awards SDI Presence $102,625 needs-assessment contract (hsjchronicle.com) — San Jacinto's City Council has unanimously approved a $102,625 contract with SDI Presence to assess and modernize the city's aging financial-management and utility-billing systems. The study, funded in the 2026-27 budget, will define requirements and guide future software procurement but does not yet authorize any technology purchases or implementation work.
