• Fatal Solo Motorcycle Collision – San Marcos – North County Daily Star (northcountydailystar.com) — A deadly solo motorcycle crash early Sunday on North Twin Oaks Valley Road in San Marcos left a 30-year-old rider dead despite efforts by deputies and San Marcos Fire paramedics. Investigators are still determining whether alcohol was involved and are asking anyone with information to contact the San Marcos Sheriff’s Station Traffic Unit.
