• Theobalds share victory stage at Division 7 Famoso Dragstrip event (dragchamp.com) — San Martin drag racer Mike Doushgounian turned in a strong Top Sportsman showing at the NHRA Lucas Oil Series event at Famoso Dragstrip, qualifying second on Thursday and again near the top on Saturday. He ultimately lost Sunday's final on a foul start, but his 6.4‑second, 230‑plus‑mph Camaro runs kept San Martin well represented on the divisional stage.
