Body Found in Ayala Cove at Angel Island
The Marin County coroner's office has not released the identity of the person who died.

A body was found this morning in Ayala Cove at Angel Island, the same area where a San Francisco man went missing from a boat Monday, a Tiburon police spokeswoman said.
The body was found around 11 a.m. today, police spokeswoman Laurie Nilsen said. The Marin County coroner’s office responded to the scene and has not released the identity of the person who died, Nilsen said.
Wouter Van Lier, 42, of San Francisco, was last seen by his wife on board a boat moored in Ayala Cove at 1 a.m. Monday. She noticed her husband was missing when she woke up around 6 a.m., Nilsen said. The land and water search for Van Lier began Monday and resumed around 8:30 a.m. today.
