Business Spotlight: New Marin Company Brings Home-cooked, Healthy Meals to Your Doorstep

Who is hungry?!

A new business launched this week which aims to help Marin residents get home-cooked meals delivered to their doorstep.

The company, 180Eats, delivers to San Rafael, Larkspur, Tiburon, Belvedere, Corte Madera, Greenbrae and Mill Valley, according to Lee Mokri, who is heading up the new local business.  Meals all cost about $11.

Mokri says he’s trying to help out busy professionals, who often commute long hours.

“Today, residents commuting home to Mill Valley have a limited selection of dinner options - ordering classic “junk food” style delivery such as pizza, taking the time to sit down at a restaurant, or planning ahead by buying groceries and cooking at home,” he said. “There are currently very few options for anyone who wants the healthiness and quality of a home-cooked meal without the time and effort required to cook.”

180Eats offers simple, healthy, meals-to-go in Southern Marin. We offer two meal options per day (the menu changes daily), one veggie and one meat (or fish) entree and it’s cooked by one of Google’s leading ex-chefs.

Our ingredients are all sustainable and locally sourced from farms in Northern California. Our meats are all humanely raised and sold at the best possible price. Each meal is just $10.95, and delivery is FREE!
