CHP Reminder: Blood Marrow Drive For Ill Officer Is Friday In North Bay

California Highway Patrol officer Keith Meter is suffering a rare bone marrow cancer. The community is rallying for their fellow officer.

From the North Bay Santa Rosa office of the California Highway Patrol:

"In the shadow of the death of one of our officers, the CHP is looking to bring awareness and help find a cure for blood cancers on behalf of another.

"The "Be The Match" registry will be taking samples from potential marrow donors, ages 18-44, at our office this Friday, March 18. Please help spread the word!"
