Join us for a fun-filled educational hike in Deer Park. We’ll discuss how native peoples used these plants for food, shelter and medicine, and how they are used by herbalists today. We’ll talk about how to identify plants and what distinguishes medicinals and edibles from their poisonous cousins. This class is for people of all ages. Families welcome. The pace is slow and the walk is very easy.
We’ll meet at Gathering Thyme at 10am sharp and carpool to Deer Park.
