Learn Iyengar-style physical postures (asanas) and stretching techniques to promote proper physical alignment, flexibility and strength development. Relaxation and breathing practices (pranayamas) are also emphasized. Flowing sequences provide a warm up followed by slower, therapeutic movement. All levels welcome.
