Iyengar Yoga

Learn Iyengar-style physical postures (asanas) and stretching techniques to promote proper physical alignment, flexibility and strength development.  Relaxation and breathing practices (pranayamas) are also emphasized.    Flowing sequences  provide a warm up followed by slower, therapeutic movement.  All levels welcome.

$15/non-members (complimentary spa facilities use after class, just bring a towel.)

Instructor is a graduate of the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco.
