The goal of qigong is to correct the electromagnetic imbalances enabling the body to strengthen and regulate the internal organs, the nervous system, and the immune system. Qigong can relieve pain, regulate hormones, strengthen and purge deep-seated emotions and stress.

Free street parking and metered parking is available.
This class is "all levels" and people with disabilities or low energy are welcomed at this class. We have chairs that are provided for anyone who wants to participate with the class from a seated posture. Wheelchair accessible.
Instructor: Denise Aubin, MQT, received her degree from the International Institute of Medical Qigong and received certification as a Medical Qigong Therapist. Denise has been a teacher and healer for over thirty years.
