Dr. Owens is Co-Founder and Clinical Director of the Masonic Center for Youth and Families (www.mcyaf.org) He is a Psychologist and Psychoanalyst, a Faculty Member at USF, and was formerly the Director of Adolescent Psychiatry at St. Mary’s Medical Center.
