Fairfax Community Panel to Help Select Town's Next Planning Director

FAIRFAX, CA – Want to serve your community? Fairfax is currently looking for residents or local business owners interested in helping select the town’s next planning and building services director.

The town council is expected to randomly draw two names from the pool of applicants at its January or February meeting to participate on a community panel. The selected community members, along with Councilmembers Barbara Coler and Renee Goddard, will participate in the initial interview of candidates for the vacant director position.

Applications for the community panel are available at www.townoffairfax.org and are due Jan. 17. Applications require three letters of support from local residents or businesses.
