Former NYPD Cop Accused of Stalking Fairfax Woman
Fairfax police arrested the man last week in Larkspur after he showed up to buy flowers for the alleged victim in Kentfield, police say.

A former New York City police officer will be arraigned Wednesday morning in Marin County Superior Court on felony stalking charges involving a Fairfax woman.
Anthony Vincent Falco, 52, is charged with nine misdemeanor charges of violating an emergency protective order and two felony counts of stalking.
Fairfax police arrested Falco last Thursday in Larkspur after he showed up at a Kentfield flower shop where he was buying flowers for the alleged victim, Fairfax police Chief Christopher Morin said.

Falco still lived in Clifton Park, New York, but he traveled to Marin County several times to pursue his infatuation of a woman who ended their dating relationship in March, Morin said.
Falco allegedly called and emailed the woman, left gifts at her door and visited her in violation of an emergency protective order.

Fairfax police arrested Falco on April 2 for trespassing and April 8 for violating the protective order, Morin said.
Police arranged for the Kentfield florist to contact them if Falco ever returned to buy the woman flowers. When Falco showed up Thursday, the florist told him to return later and police were waiting for him when he did, according to Morin.
Morin said he followed Falco to Larkspur, where he was arrested on a $300,000 warrant dating back to April.
