Gas Leak Reported In Fairfax

FAIRFAX, CA – A gas leak was reported Monday afternoon in Fairfax.

The gas leak is at 91 Forrest Ave., according to the Marin County Sheriff's Office. PG&E crews are at the scene attempting to secure the leak.

Forrest Avenue is closed from 10 Forrest to 224 Forrest, officials said. The road may be closed for a few hours.

Authorities advised the public to stay indoors and avoid the area.
