Marin Man Arrested After Hosting Two Underage Parties in One Day, Police Say
Police say they contacted the man to shut down one party, and when they left, he started another.
SAN RAFAEL, CA- A San Rafael man was arrested for violating the social host ordinance over the weekend, after he allegedly hosted not one, but two, underage parties in one day, police say.
According to San Rafael Police Sgt. Scott Eberle, a noise complaint brought authorities out to the house of 22-year-old Justin Hall around 3:532 p.m. Saturday. When they got there, they allegedly found an underage party.
"Officers identified all of the individuals at the house and saw that they appeared to be intoxicated," Eberle said. "Their ages ranged from 16 to 18 years old and all but one had a detectable amount of alcohol on their breaths."

Police got in touch with everyone's parents to come pick the youth up, according to Eberle.
Hall was cited for violating probation, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and for violating the City of San Rafael social host ordinance and police left, according to the sergeant.

It was just about an hour later when neighbors called police up again– letting them know that Hall had another party going on, Eberle said.
"Officers responded back and again located minors as young as 15 years old in the house," he said. "After all parents were contacted, Hall was booked at the Marin County Jail."
