Police Bust Up Teen Drinking Party In Marin Co.

NOVATO, CA - A woman was cited for violating a Social Host Ordinance in Novato late Saturday night, according to police.

Police said officers responded to a residence on Hawthorne Terrace at 10:54 p.m. on reports of a party complaint.

Upon arrival, police said the host 18-year-old Laurel Halvorson was contacted and an investigation revealed that the party included alcoholic beverages being provided to and consumed by minors.
