San Anselmo Holiday Shoppers Park Free Starting Friday

SAN ANSELMO, CA -- San Anselmo’s annual free parking for holiday shoppers begins the day after Thanksgiving -- Black Friday, the biggest retail shopping day of the year -- and continues through the first day of 2017.

The Town of San Anselmo announced Nov. 21 that it's offering free parking to holiday shoppers in four-hour increments during the holiday shopping year. The free five-week period begins Friday, Nov. 25 and continues through Sunday, Jan. 1, 2017.

During this period, the parking meters will not be operating, but here will be enforcement for parking over the four-hour limit. And, as always, disabled, red zone and other safety-related parking violations will be enforced.
