San Anselmo Residents Asked To Complete Housing Survey

The information will be used to inform the Town's update to its General Plan Housing Element for 2023-2031 planning period.

SAN ANSELMO, CA — San Anselmo residents are invited to participate in a Housing Needs and Opportunity Survey to inform the Town’s Housing Element update.

The city is currently in the process of updating its General Plan Housing Element for the 2023-2031 planning period.

Per state law, local governments must update their Housing Element every eight years to demonstrate how they have planned to meet their community's existing and projected housing needs. Key features of the Housing Element including housing and population analysis for current and future housing needs, potential sites to accommodate housing, and analysis of housing constraints, resources, programs, and policies to guide future growth of housing in San Anselmo.
