When: Saturday, January 16, at 11 a.m.

Details: Pete goes walking down the street wearing his brand new white shoes. Along the way, his shoes change from white to red to blue to brown to WET as he steps in piles of strawberries, blueberries and other big messes! But no matter what happens, Pete keeps walking and singing! This delightful book is available at the special price of only $7.99 (regularly priced $17.99) for a limited time only between December 26 and February 15 or while supplies last. When: Saturday, January 23, at 11 a.m.

Details: From brave and bold to creative and clever, this rhyming picture book expresses all the amazing things children can grow up to be. With beautiful and sometimes humorous illustrations, this is a book grown-ups will love reading over and over to kids. Activities to follow.

What: Groundhog’s Dilemma & Groundhog’s Day Off Storytime

When: Saturday, January 30, at 11 a.m.

Details: This special Storytime celebrates Groundhog Day with two feature titles: Groundhog’s Dilemma and Groundhog’s Day Off. Fun activities occur after the Storytime.

When: Saturday, January 9 through Sunday, January 17

Details: Pre-K through grade 12 educators are invited to Barnes & Noble for special discounts, giveaways and events. Kick off the second half of the school year with Barnes & Noble, and come see what products to add to your classroom that promote tech literacy and spark creativity.

When: Saturday, January 23, at 2 p.m.

Details: Customers of all ages can join booksellers and learn to play the popular Ticket to Ride strategy board game.

What: LEGO Skyline & Architecture Studio Build

When: Saturday, January 30, at 2:00 p.m.

Details: Adults and teenagers (ages 14 and up) are invited to Barnes & Noble to help build our new LEGO Skyline in-store display and enjoy a LEGO Architecture build with Architecture Studio bricks.
