The Fairfax Climate Action Committee has spent the last 18 months crafting a draft of a Climate Action Plan, developed to help us achieve zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2030. This is definitely an ambitious goal, but it is also vitally important. And, we thought our last plan was equally ambitious (aiming at 20% reduction by 2020) and we had already exceeded that goal by the end of 2018. Fairfax is a Town that faces challenges and succeeds. Please visit our online draft and send us your comments. You can find the plan HERE.
