Town Of Fairfax: Vegetation Management Grant Program Successfully Funded 30 Projects

The Town of Fairfax is pleased to announce the Vegetation Management Grant Program has been successfully completed. The Town awarded a total of 20 grants in the amount of $1,000 to recipients aged 65 and older and/or economically disadvantaged.  An additional 10 grants in the amount of $500 were given out to the general population. The grant period is now closed.Marin Wildfire Prevention Authority has plans to offer a similar program, please visit www.marinwildfire.org to obtain information about future grants from the Marin Wildfire Protection Authority.Thank you to the Fairfax community for doing your part to make the town safer from fire danger!
