In September of 2017, San Mateo County Libraries launched their “Community Conversations” program which brings community members from all over the County to listen, learn, and discover common connections with one another.
Climate Change: We all have a role to play in reversing global warming. At this Community Conversation, staff from the Office of Sustainability’s climate change team will discuss what you can do to be a part of climate solutions in your community. We will also discuss what the County is doing to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and to prepare for sea level rise and other consequences of climate change.
Keeping History Above Water: West
May 17, 10 AM - 5 PM, MacArthur Park, Palo Alto
