City Council meetings are conducted in accordance with Roberts Rules of Order Newly Revised and City Council Rules of Procedure. You may address any agenda item by standing at the microphone until recognized by the Council. All regular Council meetings are recorded and televised on CATV Channel I and replayed the following Thursday, at 2:00 pm. You may listen to recordings In the City Clerk's Office, purchase CD's, access our web site at www.sanbruno.ca.qov or check out copies at the Library. We welcome your participation. 3. ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Operation Clean Sweep Coordinated by the Beautification Task Force will be held on Saturday May 5th beginning at 9:00 am, at City Park. To register, go to the City's website at www.sanbruno.ca.gov
4. PRESENTATIONS:
- Present Proclamation Declaring April 27th as Arbor Day in San Bruno.
b. Present Proclamation Declaring May as National Bike Month and May 10th as Bike to Work Day.
5. CONSENT CALENDAR: All items are considered routine or implement an earlier Council action and may be enacted by one motion; there will be no separate discussion, unless requested.
- Approve: Minutes of Special City Council Meeting on April 4, 2018 and Special and Regular City Council Meetings of April 10, 2018.
- Approve: Accounts Payable of April 9 and 16, 2018.
- Approve: Payroll of April 6, 2018.
d. Adopt: Resolution Authorizing Temporary Road Closure of Various Streets in Conjunction with the 78th Annual Posy Parade and 5th Annual Community Day in the Park.
e. Adopt: Resolution Approving a List of Projects Proposed to be Funded by the Road Repair and Accountability Act for Fiscal year 2018-19.

7. REPORT OF COMMISSIONS, BOARDS & COMMITTEES:
Receive Annual Report from the Bicycle & Pedestrian Advisory Committee.
8. PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS NOT ON AGENDA: Individuals allowed three minutes, groups in attendance, five minutes. It you are unable to remain at the meeting, ask the City Clerk to request that the Council consider your comments earlier. It is the Councils policy to refer matters raised in this forum to staff for investigation and/or action where appropriate. The Brown Act prohibits the Council from discussing or acting upon any matter not agendized pursuant to State Law.
9. CONDUCT OF BUSINESS:
- a. Receive Report Regarding Citywide Intersection Safety Study.
- b. Approve Design and Adopt Resolution:
- Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Construction Contract with JMB Construction, Inc. for the Crestmoor and Lomita Pump Stations Rehabilitation Project in the Amount of $5,724,002 and Approving a Construction Contingency of $860,000;
- Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Contract for Construction Management and Inspection Services with Tanner Pacific in an Amount Not To Exceed $497,596; Approving a Total Project Budget in the Amount of $7,719,346, and
- Appropriating an Additional $1,696,846 from the Wastewater Capital Fund.
c. Approve Design and Adopt Resolution: - Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Construction Contract with Redgwick Construction for the San Bruno Avenue Street Medians Improvements Project in the Amount of $1,278,045 and Approving a Construction Contingency of $191,707;
- Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Contract for Construction Management and Inspection Services with Park Engineering, Inc. in an Amount Not To Exceed $132,613;
- Approving a Total Budget in the Amount of $1,815,311; and
- Appropriating $475,000 from the Measure A Fund and $632,831 from the General Fund Capital Reserve
10. COMMENTS FROM COUNCIL MEMBERS:
Receive Oral Report from Mayor Rico E. Medina on Councilmember Attendance at the Recent Progress Seminar held in Monterey, April 13-15.
11. CLOSED SESSION:
- a. Public Employee Appointment/Employment Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957: City Clerk.
b. Public Employee Appointment/Employment Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957: City Manager.
12. ADJOURNMENT:
The next Regular City Council Meeting will be held on May 8, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Senior Center, 1555 Crystal Springs Road, San Bruno.
