Find great opportunities here in the San Francisco Bay Area and make a huge profit! We will tour properties&nbsp;no more than 70% of a property's estimated value after repairs (ARV). These are great opportunities to make hundreds of thousands of dollars! I have been in Real Estate for over 25 years and I have helped many buyers and have flipped a few homes myself!
<ul><li>We will tour a minimum of 4-5 properties primarily in San Francisco.</li></ul>
<ul><li>We will learn about the strategies on how to find them and to maximize your investment.</li></ul>
<ul><li>We will talk about ways that we can fund the loan. Have several sources.</li></ul>
<ul><li>We will look at properties that are under 1.5 million dollars.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Example A: Purchase property at $750,000. $130,000 for remodeling, commissions, and closing. Sell at $980,000. Profit $100,000.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Example B: Purchase property at $1,000,000. $200,000 cost for remodeling, commissions, and closing. Sell at $1,400,000. Profit $200,000.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Example C: Purchase property at $1,400,000. $300,000 cost for remodeling, commissions, and closing. Sell at $2,000,000. Profit $300,000.</li></ul>
We will meet first at my office at 1653 Irving Street at 10am. Tour should be done by 12pm. We could do Q&amp;As for another hour after talking about the houses.
Please note that you show up on time. We will provide you the list of homes the day of the tour.
