The City has put out its call for proposals by artists. The deadline for submissions is Sept. 27. The two-dimentional art will be displayed on one or more of four retaining walls along Sneath Lane. According to the City, "This project will serve as a celebration and commemoration of the City's past, present, and its aspirations for the future." The budget for the project is $75,000.
