DUI Driver Crashes In Middle Of Day Into San Bruno Cars: Police
Police say they suspected the man may have been drinking when they arrived at the scene.

SAN BRUNO, CA — An allegedly drunk man was arrested this week when he crashed into "multiple" parked vehicles along a Peninsula street, police say. The 64-year-old Hayward resident is now facing DUI charges after the incident happened during the lunch hour Monday.
Police headed to the area of Cherry Avenue and Commodore Drive in San Bruno after getting word of a crash around 12:08 p.m. Monday, according to San Bruno Police Lt. Ryan Johansen.
"Upon arrival, officers discovered that a vehicle had collided with multiple parked vehicles along Cherry Avenue," Johansen said in a news release. "Officers on-scene suspected that the driver of the involved vehicle had been driving under the influence at the time of the collision."
