Farmers' Market Brings Downtown Streets Alive
San Bruno's downtown farmers' market re-opened for its third year on Sunday. A variety of local vendors were present selling fresh produce for all to sample and buy.
For the third year, the city's farmers' market opened today in downtown San Bruno, where a variety of local vendors began selling fresh produce for all to sample and buy. Sponsored by the San Bruno Chamber of Commerce, the market will take place every Sunday on San Mateo Avenue through Sept. 25.
Today, Street Alive started off the event by encouraging patrons to leave their cars at home and take to the streets for healthy activities. The market will feature a different activity each week.
