Enjoy another free concert and a flea market this weekend.

Frugal families can enjoy another free concert this week, along with deals on flea market finds, open basketball play and after-school entertainment for the kids. Parents can also learn how to lower their energy bills at a free workshop.

Deal: Free featuring TinMan, playing classic rock.

Good through: Concerts run every Friday through Aug. 26. This Friday’s show starts at 6 p.m.

Good through: Market takes place this Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Deal: Open play basketball for adults and children each Monday and Wednesday. $4 for adult (17 and older) open play from 7:30 to 9:15 p.m. $2 for youth (16 and younger) open play from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Good through: Ongoing deal. Participants must show valid California or school identification.

Deal: $35 a month for in-mall “DART OPS” after-school play program for kids eight to 16 years old.

Good through: Program runs from 3 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday from now until Dec. 15.
