Burlingame: One bedroom available in a 2BR/1.5/BA house. Rent is $1300/month w/a $500 deposit. Room can be furnished or unfurnished & has laundry access & shared utilities. Home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to downtown. Will accept outside smoking, but no pets. Home Owner has a dog, is out of the home during the week and enjoys relaxing at home on the weekend.

Daly City: One bedroom available in a 2BR/1/BA house. Rent is $1100/month w/a $1200 deposit. Room is unfurnished & has a separate entrance. Laundry access. Home has a backyard, is close to the beach, & to public transportation. Prefers no smoking or pets. Home Provider enjoys the beach, visiting friends, & travelling.

East Palo Alto: One bedroom available in a 3BR/1/BA house. Rent is $1000/month w/a $1000 deposit. Room is unfurnished & there is laundry access. Home is located near public transportation. Home owner has a dog & prefers no smoking or pets.

San Mateo: One bedroom available in a 2BR/1/BA apartment. Rent is $1000/month w/a $400 deposit. Room is unfurnished & there is laundry access. Home is very quiet & Homeowner prefers no smoking or pets.
