To supporters of the Housing Leadership Council of San Mateo County (HLC).Action Alert: Sign Our Petition
Right now, South San Francisco is deliberating about how many families will be able to live on a publicly-owned site less than half a mile away from the BART Station. We say, let’s get the process moving! There are two development finalists. The city needs to make a decision and choose a developer so that team can work with the community for a design that meets local needs. Please sign our petition now.
We have just under a month left to San Mateo County’s Affordable Housing Week!
HLC’s kickoff event and policy breakfast takes place on Friday May 18th at Filoli in Woodside.
Event spotlight:
Local and State - A Path Forward for More Subsidized Housing
Join us as we co-host this important convening with our friends at the San Francisco Housing Action Coalition (SFHAC) on Friday, May 25th at SVCF in San Mateo to talk about how new state-wide land use laws will impact local communities. Featured speakers include Michael Lane of NPH and Jason Rhine of the League of California Cities.
