SUBJECT: Indecent Exposure / Lewd Act in Public

On Friday, April 13, 2018, at approximately 8:08 a.m., San Bruno Police Officers responded to the area near Linden Avenue and Santa Lucia Avenue regarding the report of a male subject masturbating near a vehicle.

Officers spoke with two juvenile subjects who stated that they noticed a male subject standing outside of a vehicle, who appeared to be masturbating. The subject then entered a nearby vehicle, drove a short distance away, and parked. The subject then exited his vehicle and walked in the direction of the two juveniles who fled the area on foot. Officers were unable to locate the subject or his vehicle.

The suspect in this case is described as a black male adult, 20 to 30 years old, approximately 5’07” tall, with a skinny build and clean shaven. The subject was wearing a black hat, grey shirt, black sweatshirt and black sweatpants. The subject’s vehicle is described as a newer-model, silver, four-door sedan.
