Indecent Exposure: Peninsula Teen Masturbated In Front Of Women, Police Allege

DALY CITY, CA – Officers have arrested a 19-year-old man in connection with two separate cases of indecent exposure in Daly City, police said this week.
Juan Castaneda was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure after illegally entering an occupied dwelling, according to jail records.
He was booked into the Maguire Correctional Facility in Redwood City.

"In both cases, the suspect approached females in the building and masturbated in their presence," police said in a news release. "We are releasing this information to determine whether or not these two women were the only two victims of an indecent exposure by this subject."
Police are asking anyone who may have been victimized by Castaneda to come forward. Anyone with information about him is encouraged to contact Daly City Police Department at (650) 991-8119 and refer to case #17001990.
