Man Arrested for Inappropriate Communications With a Minor: Police

SAN BRUNO, CA - Police in San Bruno arrested a man in connection with engaging in inappropriate online communications with a minor.

Lawrence So, 34, of San Francisco, was arrested last week on suspicion of annoying a child.

Officers with the San Bruno Police Department made the arrest after investigating a report that So was engaging in inappropriate online communications with a 15-year-old girl.

During the investigation, San Bruno police personnel assumed the identity of the girl and continued communications with So via electronic media, police said.

So was arrested without incident.
