Police: Man Caught Masturbating in Front of San Bruno Hotel Employees, Facing Indecent Exposure Charges

San Bruno Police officers allege that they found Arnold Barrett masturbating in a hotel room he hadn't paid for.

SAN BRUNO, CA – A man was arrested this week after he was caught masturbating in a San Bruno hotel room-- which he he didn't pay for-- in front of hotel employees, police say.

According to San Bruno Police Lt. Troy Fry, the incident was reported Wednesday afternoon at the Ramada San Bruno SFO Airport in the 500 block of El Camino Real.

Police went to the location at 4:36 p.m. and say they found 53-year-old Arnold Barrett in a hotel room and "observed him masturbating."

"A subsequent investigation revealed that Barrett had been masturbating in front two hotel employees in the hotel room, which he had not rented," Fry said in a news release.

Barrett was arrested and booked into the county jail on suspicion of indecent exposure. Police said this is a new offense for Barrett, who has been convicted previously of a sex offense.

Officers also booked Barrett into jail for outstanding warrants including a parole violation.
