Man Exposes Self To Woman In San Bruno Neighborhood: Police Say

SAN BRUNO, CA — A San Bruno woman told police a man sitting in a car outside her home in the 100 block of Cypress Avenue was masturbating while watching her through her bedroom window. The man — described as a Hispanic male in his late 30s to early 40s with messy, short brown hair — fled in a gold truck with a black construction rack before San Bruno Police Department officers arrived.

The incident occurred shortly after 7:30 p.m. Monday night. His truck was captured by a nearby residential camera, police say.
