The Taxpayer Educational Consultation Program (TECP)
The Taxpayer Educational Consultation Program (TECP) is designed to provide individualized tax education and assistance to new taxpayers who started a business in the last 12 months, filed at least two sales and use tax returns, and are operating a business in an industry that historically has had reporting problems.
To participate in this free program, or to verify if your business qualifies, please email us at TECPSanFrancisco@cdtfa.ca.gov. Please include the following in your e-mail: your full name, name of business, business address, telephone number, and your CDTFA permit number.
