Robbery, Kidnapping Suspect Arrested In San Bruno

SAN BRUNO, CA -- Officers arrested a man on suspicion of robbery, kidnapping, assault and elder abuse after the victim alerted them to the crime Thursday, police said.

George Havili, 21, of Citrus Heights was arrested and booked at the San Mateo County Jail on suspicion of the crimes, which the victim said were committed Oct. 13.

The victim was attacked outside a San Bruno business, according to police. The victim reported being physically assaulted, threatened, moved to a different location and robbed, police said.
