San Bruno CA: PASS Measure N

Measure N, the Economic Enhancement Initiative

The San Bruno City Council has placed Measure N, the Economic Enhancement Initiative, on the ballot of the November 4, 2014 general election.

Measure N seeks to implement the Transit Corridors Plan (TCP) and promote economic enhancement in San Bruno’s downtown area and along transit corridors in proximity to the new Caltrain Station.

Passage of Measure N would ease restrictions on certain types of development that hinder private investment and redevelopment in the TCP area.

The measure would require a simple majority vote for passage.
