Why? Measure N is supposed to pave the way for a wonderful Transit Corridor Plan, that will supposedly pave the way for a Grand Boulevard. But there are too may inconsistencies and too many empty promises with Measure N! It’s supposed to attract developers who will invest in our city. But by design, nothing will change, except enrich the already wealthy! http://www.examiner.com/article/is-the-grand-boulevard-becoming-a-grand-failure

SSF Councilwoman Carol Matsumoto sits on CCAG’s Board of Directors and CCAG’s BPAC, and SB Councilman Ken Ibarra sits on the CCAG’s BPAC, yet neither disclosed this memo of understanding? How could they not know about it? Yet Ken Ibarra is on the flyer supporting Measure N? How many other secret memo’s of understanding don’t We, The People, know about?

When you let the rich reap profits beyond belief, do you think they’ll be obligated to share their wealth with the poor? Not only won’t that ever happen, there is a disincentive to do so - the decision makers will be fired if they don’t max profits for the major shareholders. San Bruno is city of poor people, and our laws should build a business infrastructure that offers the poor real job-skills, not alienate them as the current administration is doing. After all, we can become homeless like them in a matter of minutes. Then who will help us?
