Town Hall Forum

San Bruno Measure N — Economic Enhancement Initiative
November 4, 2014 General Election

San Bruno Senior Center

1555 Crystal Springs Road, San Bruno

October 21, 2014 at 7:30 P.M.

Purpose: The Forum provides voters an opportunity to gather information regarding the ballot

measure, Measure N, from proponents and opponents, in accordance with Initiative Ordinance 1284.

Format: The Forum will be conducted by the City Clerk/Elections Officer and

Moderated by the League of Women Voters.

The following format and procedures will be used for the Forum:

1. Welcome, introductions, and setting of ground rules by moderator.

2. Proponent argument in favor of Measure N, three (3) minutes.

3. Opponent argument against Measure N, three (3) minutes.

4. Proponent will be given two (2) minutes to rebut opponent’s argument.

5. Opponent will be given two (2) minutes to rebut proponent’s argument.

6. Audience written questions and answers by proponent/opponent, one (1) minute each.

7. Proponent will be given two (2) minutes to summarize.

8. Opponent will be given two (2) minutes to summarize.
