- Neighborhood Watch –
ACTION: Neighborhood Watch – Obtain status update on interested residents that are considering a Neighborhood Watch program.
ACTION: Map Your Neighborhood (MYN) - Review the MYN materials and discuss opportunities to utilize and share these tools with Neighborhood Block Captains.

ACTION: Neighborhood Watch Tool Kit – Discuss tools prospective residents could utilize to start a Neighborhood Watch program, e.g. – Identifying neighbors, Outreach messaging to neighbors, Coordinating a Neighborhood Watch event, etc.
ACTION: Update on Brochure Distribution – City Hall, Library, Senior Center, Recreation Center, and School District Office.
- Crime Tips – Bilingual - Review Proposed English and Spanish Crime Tips.
ACTION: Discuss and vote to approve English and Spanish crime tips for posting.
- Committee events -
ACTION: Finalize volunteer list for the following events:
1) Police Recognition – May 19, 2018
2) Posey Parade – June 3, 2018
3) National Night Out- August 7, 2018
ACTION: Review & discuss the Annual Report to be presented to the City Council. Discuss CCPC members that will attend and present the presentation.
ACTION: Continue the discussion of how committee members may help with this aspect of our outreach. Follow up by committee members regarding contacts at Capuchino High School who may want to help our committee with outreach videos and slide shows.
ACTION: Continue discussion and distribution of Elder Abuse brochure.
