San Bruno Police Nab 2 In Stolen Vehicle, Officials Say

Officials say two people were in the stolen vehicle when they spotted it.

SAN BRUNO, CA — San Bruno police tracked down a stolen vehicle this week, ultimately arresting one person and ticketing another, officials said Wednesday. The vehicle was found in the 600 block of Huntington Avenue, near El Camino Real and San Mateo Avenue.

According to San Bruno Police Lt. Ryan Johansen, police officers spotted the car around 11:09 p.m. Tuesday.

One of the two men in the car, 31-year-old Alfred Galimba of Millbrae, was cited and released for narcotics possession, according to Johansen. The other man, 45-year-old Yuttasak Simma of San Francisco, was arrested on suspicion of possessing a stolen vehicle.

"The stolen vehicle was released to the registered owner at the scene," the lieutenant said.
