San Bruno Police Seek Leads in Purse Snatching
Police say the suspects grabbed the back while the woman was inside her vehicle.

SAN BRUNO, CA β Police are asking for the public's help to identify two men who allegedly snatched a purse from a woman as she sat in her parked car Monday night in San Bruno.
Around 8:50 p.m., officers responded to a report of a robbery at the San Bruno City Park, located at 251 City Park Way, according to police.
Responding officers learned a woman was sitting in her car when two men in a black sedan parked near her. The men exited their car and approached her car, police said.

One of the men then reached into the victim's open window and grabbed her purse from her. The suspects then got back into their vehicle and fled, heading east on Crystal Springs Road, according to police.
Detailed descriptions were not immediately available for the two suspects, who wore dark clothing, police said.
