Officers arrested her on suspicion of possession of stolen property, identity theft and possession of a controlled substance, as well as the outstanding warrant.

The man, identified as 47-year-old Arthur Durtsche, also of San Francisco, was arrested on suspicion of possession of stolen property, possession of pepper spray by a felon and possession of a controlled substance, police said.
