Last night (August 16 2018) the cities of San Bruno and South San Francisco held their 1st joint community meeting to begin the process of notifying effected residents and to seek their input of the proposed 2 grade separation projects - one at Scott street and the other just down the tracks at South Linden Avenue.

There were only a very few residents present.

There are 4 proposed alternative grade separations for each location - BUT since the 2 locations are so very close, they are being discussed together. Depending upon which alternative is selected for each of the 2 locations, major changes will be made to many surrounding streets and access to driveways could be affected.

Below is presented contact information to each city. If YOU desire to receive meeting info (it will be on both city's web sites) and upcoming meeting notices and to offer your input, send an E=Mail to the appropriate city address.

NOTE in above: RED line is the current grade elevation. Some alternatives put part above and or below the existing grade elevation.

NOTE Above: Study the disadvantages. In some cases many driveways will be negatively impacted. SCOTT Street is being considered to be closed.

NOTE Above Multiple scheduled community and city council presentations.

No mention was made about costs and who will pay for what. Many presentation slides showed existing similar locations, including San Bruno's.

If you drive thru or live in or work in the areas around Scott Street and/or South Linden Avenue YOU definitely should attend the upcoming meetings and watch your city's web page as YOU WILL BE IMPACTED during construction and afterwords.
