Burlingame: One furnished bedroom available in a 3BR/2BA house near shopping, hospital and police station. Rent is $1350/mo plus a $75 deposit. Laundry available. Non-smoker only. Home providers have a 4lb. hypoallergenic Maltipoo, and enjoy activities with family.

Daly City: One unfurnished bedroom with private bath available in a 2BR/2BA mobile home community with a swimming pool. Located below the San Bruno mountains. She works 50 hours a week, hikes, spends time w/friends & fiancée, paints, and likes to watch Netflix.

Female seeking housing from Burlingame through San Carlos. She can pay up to $1200 a month, and would like an unfurnished room. She is a non-smoker, but would accept outside smoking and pets. She is seeking a room because her current landlord will be renting out the entire condo. Her ideal home share would be with someone who is reasonable, respectful of her privacy, clean, and honest. She is working on a nursing degree, works at a local hospital, and enjoys going downtown, walking tours, and sightseeing.
