At the San Bruno City Council meeting on June 24th the City in their discussion on sewer laterals, opened a discussion that "COULD" change to the property owner being responsible for more or all of the repair cost from the house to the sewer main under the street.
The City will be scheduling outreach and one or more public hearings and or meetings to present to the residents the City's justification and possible warranty programs that could cover most, if not all of the costs, should repair be needed.
